web design-developing ideas for my personal website
I will be designing a website that will feature a portfolio of my current and past work. I will have six buttons, home, current work, past work, profile, contact, links and also a section for my blogs. I will link the buttons to each other so that it is easier to navigate from page to page. I will design the first daft on paper then work through from there and see how it will look.

Bridalwave
The blog is aimed at brides. It is a blog where you can find wedding ideas. They have news updates and product reviews. The writers review things like bridal fashion, accessories, cakes, wedding gifts etc. The writers also review other websites and the products they feature.
The posts are atleast 100 words long or less. The postings are very imformative about bridal fashion, accessories, weddings gifts and the latest bridal trends.
I find the layout organized. They use links within the articals and they have a section of their favourite links. They make use of video links. The blog is run by editors but different bloggers contribute.

The blog is managed by a team of writers. They make use links at the bottom of each post. The blog has discussion forums.
It is an awarding winning blog. It seems to be making money out adverts.
